
AHS selects 35 underserved high school juniors for their academic, personal, service, and entrepreneurial accomplishments, to participate in its no-cost, 5-year empowerment program. These students receive mentorship, practical guidance, and a comprehensive network of support. Additionally, each Junior is awarded a $500 scholarship.

- live in the US
- annual household income under $100,000
- minimum UW GPA of 3.5

Round 1 (opens Nov. 7, due Jan. 26, 2022)
- two 500-word essays, extracurricular list w/ descriptions, other basic info
- Letter of Recommendation optional, due Feb 2, 2022
Round 2 (March 2022)
- 60 finalists are notified, sign up for phone interview
April 2022: Winners are notified

- priority given to first-gen and/or low-income people with extenuating circumstances
- program runs over 5 years, with a different leadership conference
